How it works
We set you up as a partner with your preferred rate. First reservations require a 50% deposit or prepayment.
You book through the concierge form with the guest's details. Delivery at 12:00 PM, pickup at 11:00 AM.
With history and volume (more than 5 rentals a month for 2 months) you move to a monthly credit account, with an invoice and your per-villa report.
Partner requirements
To get set up
- Be an agency, concierge, property manager or villa with recurring need
- Full contact details: name/company, WhatsApp and email
- RNC or ID for tax-receipt invoicing
On every booking
- Book through the concierge form with the guest's full details
- Notify changes 24h ahead: 1st change free; from the 2nd, US$40 + tax
- New or low-volume partner: 50% deposit or prepayment; with approved credit, monthly account against invoice
- Peak season: 50% deposit to secure units, even with credit, by the deadline set each season
- Photo record (F-01) at handover and return; damages are the responsibility of the guest/partner
Your guest must follow
- Driver over 18 with a valid license
- Use only in residential areas, villas and resorts — never the beach or public roads
- Max 25 km/h, everyone seated, never over the cart's capacity

Who can become a partner?
Vacation-rental agencies, concierges, property managers and villas that need golf carts on a recurring basis.
Does the program cost anything?
No. Becoming a partner is free; you only pay for rentals at your preferred rate.
How do you invoice?
Monthly, with a valid tax receipt (e-CF coming soon). Rates in US$; 18% tax (ITBIS) not included.
When do I get a monthly credit account?
It's a benefit for approved partners: a Tax ID and more than 5 rentals a month for 2 consecutive months. Until then, reservations require a 50% deposit or prepayment. A late payment suspends credit and reverts to deposit.
What about peak season?
To secure units on holiday dates a 50% deposit is required, even with credit, by the deadline set each season. The preferred rate may vary in high season.
I refer clients — what's in it for me?
We set you up as a partner: you book for your guests or referrals at your preferred rate, and, once credit is approved, everything is consolidated in your monthly account with an invoice.
